This 3 bedroom house consists of 1 queen bedroom and 2 full bedrooms. Each room comes complete with linens. There is also 1 queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and complimentary coffee. Outside the yard is beautifully landscaped and has a charcoal grill and picnic table for your enjoyment.

* Deposits is required at time of reservations of $175.00. Deposits will be returned within 5 days after check out and when the property has been determined free of damage and only requires general cleaning and disinfection. Damage to property, household, furnishings, lost or stolen items, or excessive clean-up will be deducted from the deposit.

Any additional costs not covered by the deposit will be charged to the guest.

To cancel a reservation for the Americana and receive a deposit refund the following criteria must be met.

Cancellation Policy:

Regular reservations must be cancelled 1 week prior to your reservation date or 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. Holiday reservations must be cancelled 1 week prior to your reservation date or 100% of the deposit will be forfeited and your credit card will be charged for 1 night's stay.

Guests are allowed only 4 vehicles.
